SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. Once shipped, standard delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days via USPS. Shipping costs $5.00 for orders from $0.01 to $49.99, while orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. A tracking number will be provided by email and will also be available in your customer account after your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer both returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery. Eligible items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and show no significant signs of wear. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, while Wevane covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. No restocking fees are charged.
